When economic factors forced him to shut down his small dairy farm and sell his beloved Guernsey cows, Jeff Corle was left heart-broken and despondent. In the midst of his heartache and pain he turned to an old friend for comfort, his guitar, and started writing. The viral success of his first ever independent release, Empty Barn, is proof positive that the rest of the world is glad he did.
Following in the tradition of his outlaw country heroes like Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson, and Willie Nelson, Jeff Corle's music combines hard-hitting truths etched from a lifetime of farming, trucking, and playing music in blue-collar bars and honkytonks with the poetry, story-telling mastery, and melodic genius of a man whose time to shine alongside neo-outlaw luminaries like Sturgill Simpson, Tyler Childers, and Chris Stapleton has arrived.
"I'm a farmer and artist who has something to say and I'm not afraid to say it."
We absolutely love this piece [Empty Barn] and listen to this at least once a day since your release. Even the kids enjoy to listen!!

This guy gets it. Took me a few tries before I could get all the way through without tears.

You blew my mind Jeff!! You’ve taken the art of songwriting and turned it into just plain ART. The production is great, and your vocals have never sounded better! You sound determined and forceful and even more stubborn than usual. Pennsylvania Dutch in a nutshell!

Fun Facts:
Jeff got his first publishing deal and made his first appearance on the legendary Bluebird Cafe's Sunday Night Writer's Night while spending the summer in Nashville between his junior and senior year of college.
Jeff was the Drum Major of his high school marching band and has been writing songs since he got his first guitar when he was 10 years old.
Fun Fact:
During the many years Jeff spent in Nashville pursuing a professional songwriting career he also got into renovating historic houses near Nashville's downtown. He was even nominated for a Historic Preservation Award by the Nashville Historical Society. (But that's a whole other story!)
Fun Fact:
After many years in Nashville, Jeff returned home to the family dairy farm in western Pennsylvania where he farmed full-time with his dad, transitioning the farm to organic milk production and eventually realizing a life-long dream of installing milk processing equipment that allowed the family to process and bottle their own milk and sell it directly to the public.
Fun Fact:
The title to Jeff's song, Empty Barn, was given to him by LA rocker, John Oszajca. The title suggestion came in a conversation the two of them had about how heart-broken and sad Jeff was after being forced to shut down his dairy and sell his beloved Guernsey cows.
